Part of the belief is that tailoring an intervention to a faculty requires some grassroots participation from all stakeholders, and empowers students and academics to cope with the issue. Faculties are dynamic organizations that change continually, and systematic monitoring is a strategy to frequently assess and share with faculty constituents what is happening with problems with violence or bullying.
