Such cute, and very distinctive personalities! I love the last little guy who snuck out When I was a kid, my grandparents used to give us cookies to put outside for the animals. We’d leave the light on and watch as a bunch of raccoons and usually a couple opossums came to have a snack. It was the coolest thing to a 5 year old!
ive a feeding stn outside for feral cats on the deck, went outside last night, a family of 4 raccoons in it….they werent fussed, just looked at me, slowly padded past my feet and toddled away I love them. Had one come up every day at super time . Named him Bandit. Him and a cat used to eat dinner Together. They are so cute..but years ago a friend and I planned a nice picnic lunch and went to the beach with our 3 young children. We set out all of the food on the picnic tables and before we knew it, about 8 to 10 raccoons came out of the woods, hissing and growling and were going to get our food one way or the other. We screamed and yelled at them, grabbed sticks and tried to get them to leave, but nope, they weren’t leaving. They were determined. I sent my friend and the kids down to the water and I literally wrapped everything up in the tablecloth and ran for my life
