Working with AS can be suitable for owners who have an extremely active lifestyle, but are overwhelmed with pets in the house. Many animals like to bite people’s heels to try to herd them. They are quiet laborers, unlike many other species, that are made to bark continuously while herding livestock. This breed is not usually aggressive. This breed is not suitable for apartment living. They are relatively active indoors and preferably have a large yard to exercise.
This hardy working dog needs a great deal of exercise to stay in shape, physically and mentally, or better yet, have a real job to do. Very intelligent and eager to take on challenges. They need to be taken for a daily walk or roam or follow their owner’s bicycle. Without adequate exercise, it can become lazy and destructive.
