Hellraiser Christmas Ugly Sweater

Hellraiser Christmas is an annual Internet humor event created by Uncensored Design, an anti-jingle company that in 2014 wanted to prevent being overshadowed by the popular Star Wars holiday web videos produced by Lucasfilm.

This year, they announced the release of Hellraiser Christmas guide as a way of making money and spreading awareness on how companies abuse holidays in order to make profit. The holidays were also featured in 2018 TIME’s list of product launches and marketing campaigns.

Ugly Christmas sweater is actually a user generated holiday meme. It generates ugly Christmas sweaters for people to trade gifts with others.

HELLRAISER CHRISTMAS UGLY SWEATER are people wearing Christmas sweaters when it is still summertime. It has become a yearly event for friends and families to play the game and shop for the ugliest Christmas sweater. The concept surrounding the game started on Facebook and reached an international audience from there.

Join the ugly sweaters revolution! Hellraiser wants to create a fun new holiday for all this Christmas season. But, it’s not going to be easy. As always, we need your help on spreading the word and attending some ‘Secret Sweater Parties’.

The company plans to donate ALL monies generated from the Secret Sweater Parties, while they will be donating $1 for every single ill-fitting sweater sold. So come on! Get into the spirit and hand in your ill-fitting sweaters today!

HELLRAISER is an annual Christmas event created by Ubermacht that takes place in Brussels. This year, Ubermacht is hosting the exhibition and party from 18-21 December 2018.

HELL RAISER CHRISTMAS UGLY SWEATER is a Christmas party for “being anti-Christmas” where it mocks devilish figures such as Father Christmas, the Tooth Fairy, and Jesus’s donkey. This self-intoxicating display of creativity premiered at New Museum’s Takashi Murakami show in 2013, and has included appearances in London, LA and NY – but now it has its largest undertaking yet in Brussels this December 4th!

Held in an abandoned power plant on Brussels’ famed Astrid Avenue Strip; over five thousand whopping wriggling topless

With different festive ideas, here’s a new Christmas idea from hellraiser Christmas. This special christmas ugley sweater is a toilet disposal accessory.

*According to Wikipedia, the name was chosen because “ugly sweaters” are often worn by college students in the United States*

The ugly sweater is more about aesthetics than functionality; it’s more for thoughtfulness than practicality. The idea surfaced with this simple prompting from XmasUglyChristmas’s homepage on social media. The initial tweet read: “One can never have too many ugly sweaters”

The Hellraiser x Christmas Sock is a collaboration between Ugly sweater and Hellraiser, a horror movie from 1987. While the original was only worn by the leads at real-life nightclubs, the Hellraiser founders wanted to promote horror films by releasing their line of Christmas sweaters to the masses. A.I. was responsible for designing this sweater digitally and it includes elements of Terrycloth textiles and supernatural imagery like terrifying faces, mirrors, swords and hellish creatures inspired by 1920s Victorian horror paintings.

The logo for HELLRAISER was used by Atlantic Records to advertise their hardcore punk record label. The logo’s popularity led the Atlantic Records to start designing a clothing line bearing the original logo.

In 2001, Christmas sweaters became a huge trend and they were everywhere with their annual appearance at retailers such as Urban Outfitters. That year, people like Charles Santino of Charles that counts clothing as an asset sought out a way to cash in on this trend by embracing it with no shame.

A scary and gory graphic tshirt inspired by this infamous logo but instead replacing the D of “DEVIL” with TURQ could be sneak-sifted in Jerry Curran’s favorite Boxing Day outfit, if you dare.

HELLRAISER CHRISTMAS UGLY SWEATER has become a famous Christmas theme song. It was released by a Christian metal band called Sacred Chaoz in 2016 when they were asked to write the music for a Christmas TV special.

The song, sung by Joey Deacon, tells of the ugly sweater thoughts everyone goes through throughout the season when they can’t afford a present and have to settle for second best (wearing an ugly sweater). The modern version has become popular on YouTube.

According to experts, audiences that don’t share their religious views would likely find this song amusing, while listeners who are religious will likely find it offensive on such topics as novenas or Advent wreaths.
