Actually this video is wrong. The horseshit doesn’t produce only methane and carbon dioxide. There’s also a third gas collected which is full of the crap smells. That gas is exported to the USA where the President uses it to blow out of his mouth while talking. Moo Point like a cow’s opinion it doesn’t matter it’s moo. If the correct traditional methods are used to make beer then the yeast generates its own CO2 to produce a head. If traditional gravity pours and hand pumps are used to dispense from the cask no additional CO2 is required.
