I just read that Apollo 10 Lunar Command Module “Snoopy” almost clash landed on the moon due to a navigation input error. Recovery was possible and done but if Snoopy clash landed, it would have probably ended Charles M. Schulz and Snoopy in 1969 as the name “Snoopy” would be like a cursed name. But Schulz did have great faith in NASA and it paid off, Apollo 10 put Snoopy and Charlie Brown on the map globally.
