Cassandra Gedney No, you didn’t mention that he has loans to pay and that he just finished school in your initial comment. You sound envious that he is receiving this money from unemployment. You clearly don’t realise that this money is going to be temporary. He may have difficulty getting a job this year considering that unemployment is at Great Depression levels. If the lockdowns continue, he will not open up a barbershop nor work for one. What do you think he should do? Do you prefer that he not receive any unemployment insurance after losing my his job with loans etc to pay? “He’s a troll.” You raised him. Take responsibility for raising him if that’s what you think he is. You are coming across as highly unempathetic. Parents help their kids too much these days. We’re sending people out into the world who don’t know how to do anything for themselves. He’s an adult, he should have adult responsibility. Mom is likely charging him less than a landlord would. I paid rent as soon as I graduated high school and started working. Didn’t have money for college. Worked and went to night school. Was moved out and married by 23. Then these people are too stupid to work anyway. Come July when these benefits end, then what? Haha good luck looking along with other millions fighting for far fewer jobs. The stupid is strong. Or, and this is a crazy thought, JOBS NEED TO PAY BETTER. If it’s better being on unemployment than working for you your pay is shit and your company is taking advantage of workers.
